5. What Data Do We Collect?

Depending upon your use of my Site, I may collect some or all of the following personal and non-personal data (please also see section 13 on my use of Cookies and similar technologies):

Please note my Site may ask you for payment details, such as billing information or credit or debit card information, however all payments made via my Site will go through a third party payment processor such as PayPal and as such, we will have no access to this data. A separate contractual relationship will be created between you and the payment processor on their terms and conditions and we cannot be held liable for any errors, actions, omissions or incorrect charges that may be made by them.

6. How Do We Use Your Data?
